Exercises for Flexibility

Many of us spend our days in the same position for hours at a time. That might be standing in the shop, sitting at your desk or driving in the car; and this can contribute to our muscles and joints feeling tight and stiff by the end of the day.

Exercises for Flexibility is a great routine for relieving that muscular and joint stiffness with a series of stretches covering the whole body. You can do it regularly to progress and improve your flexibility, or once in a while as a tool to make you feel free and loose again.
