Lower Back Posture

Your lower back is a clever mechanism that interacts with your pelvis and hips allowing you to bend and jump and twist and sit. And a healthy lower back relies on good muscle endurance and strength in all these areas. But repetitive movements and positions put strain on the muscles and joints which result in a stiff and sore lower back at times.

The good news is that the Lower Back Posture series will guide you in exercises that specifically strengthen the lower back region, and improve suppleness in the spine. Use this program when you are feeling a little grumpy in the lower back or follow it from Foundation to Advanced to really improve your lower back posture.
